The Role — Build the Learning Experience

You’ll join the crew designing and shipping the next-gen Learning Experience — AI-powered, user-facing, and used by millions globally.

This isn’t R&D theatre.

This is real systems → real users → real feedback → massive scale.

You’ll own backend systems that power adaptive learning, intelligent recommendations, and lightning-fast APIs.

You’ll thrive here if you…

• Treat Python like a craft, not a hobby 🐍
• Have shipped AI or agentic systems in production (not just in a lab) 🤖
• Know your way around the AI plumbing — prompts, evals, embeddings, orchestration ⚙️
• Can build async, high-performance APIs (FastAPI or similar) without chaos in prod 🛠️
• Think in systems, move fast, and iterate like it’s second nature
