Senior Data Analyst – (Amsterdam, Hybrid 3 days/week)

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support and optimize digital product performance within a global retail organization’s Second Hand initiative. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights, helping product and marketing teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product and user behavior to drive optimization and improve performance (e.g., conversion funnels, retention, customer journeys).
• Build robust data models using dbt and SQL to ensure scalability and accuracy.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that deliver clear, business-relevant insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in data modeling and dbt.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen – you understand how to turn data into measurable business value.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and event-driven tracking.
• Proficiency in Power BI for scalable dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
