Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions within Ultahost. Your primary focus will be on hiring technical talent in IT, web hosting, and development roles while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
You will leverage your technical knowledge and recruitment expertise to identify, interview, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise in IT, coding, and web hosting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Recruitment Pipeline Management: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve recruitment strategies and workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT, web hosting, and coding to conduct effective technical evaluations.
- Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly for technical roles in IT or tech-focused industries.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess technical and interpersonal skills and match candidates to the right roles.
- Organizational Skills: Effective time and pipeline management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
