As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions within Ultahost. Your primary focus will be on hiring technical talent in IT, web hosting, and development roles while ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.

You will leverage your technical knowledge and recruitment expertise to identify, interview, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Technical Assessment: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to evaluate candidates' expertise in IT, coding, and web hosting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Recruitment Pipeline Management: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve recruitment strategies and workflows.
