Are you passionate about turning ideas into impactful products? We’re looking for Product Owners at both Junior and Manager levels to define, prioritize, and deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with company strategy.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical requirements based on business value
• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
• Foster a collaborative, agile, and customer-focused culture

• 0–2 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interest in agile methodologies and product development
• Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management
• Proven track record of leading product initiatives and delivering results
• Strong understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and product lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Based in Switzerland with the legal right to work full-time
