Job Description

People Operations

  • Administer end-to-end employee life-cycle activities (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, work permits, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS (Lucca) generate reports, and drive process improvements.
  • Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor law.
  • Support in drafting employment contracts, amendments, and HR-related letters.
  • Coordinate social insurances, LPP, APG, and other statutory HR processes with external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal Staff Regulations and local employment legislation.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with HR projects such as compensation reviews, benefits roll-out, and policy updates.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Be a first point of contact for employee queries with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
  • Contribute to improving processes and automating workflows for greater efficiency.
  • Office Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture by organizing Company events and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in People Ops or similar, ideally in an international setting
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, HR administrative requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) other language an asset.
  • Strong digital skills and HRIS experience (preferably Lucca or similar platforms).
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
