We are seeking a talented and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and programming with a focus on generative models. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions to solve complex problems and enhance our products and services.

This position is open at any of our locations in Romania, including the option to work remotely within the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop generative AI models and algorithms.
• Implement and optimize deep learning architectures for generative tasks.
• Develop and deploy large language models (LLMs) and conversational agents.
• Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques into AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into products and services.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
