About the Role - Our fraud team is looking for an intern who is interested in experiencing and learning the ins and outs of our fraud tools and fraud risk operations. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about data analytics, data interpretation and storytelling. Are you eager to learn how risk management is handled by one of the largest payment players? Responsibilities -

• Supporting the Fraud Risk Manager on daily basis monitoring portfolio of clients for unusual activity, determine “at risk” accounts.
• Analyzing M.L. alerts and report them to Compliance team in case of suspicion.
• Analyzing fraud alerts from different tools. In case of doubt, contact cardholder’s to verify the authenticity of the authorization.
• Review rules on a daily basis to fit with the current trends of fraud.

Qualifications - Education details

Required Skills -

• Critical analysis skills mandatory
• Ability to manipulate data
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• 3 to 5 years experience
• Fraud experience (acquiring and issuing)
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in French, English, German. Dutch or Luxembourgish is a plus
