Job Description

As part of Coface’s digital transformation, we are looking for a Hybrid IT Project Manager to lead strategic projects at the intersection of business and technical teams. This role supports innovation, process optimization, and modernization of our information systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT projects: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: business, IT, security, data.
  • Define and track performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and action plans.
  • Lead project committees and governance bodies.
  • Draft project deliverables (specifications, meeting minutes, test plans, etc.).
  • Support users through change management and adoption of new tools.
  • Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

Technical and Functional Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in IT project management within complex environments.
  • Strong command of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Confluence.
  • Ability to understand business needs and communicate with technical stakeholders.
  • Professional English required (written and spoken).

Education

Master’s degree in IT, engineering, project management, or equivalent.

Personal Qualities

  • Leadership, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.

Additional Assets

  • PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience in insurance, credit, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Java development and contract management tool.
