We are looking for:


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Work Package Manager to join our biometric solutions team.


What you will do:

From secure software to biometrics and encryption, Digital Identity & Security (DIS Global Business Unit) technologies and services enable businesses and governments to authenticate identities and protect data so they stay safe and enable services in personal devices, connected objects, the cloud and in between.

In the context of IBS, there are several projects ongoing to be delivered to our customers and we are looking for a Software Work Package Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of our projects, a key role in our organization.


  • You will assign and schedule the engineering activities to meet the solution milestone.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Project Design Authority (PDA) and Integration Verification Validation and Qualification Manager (IVVQM).
  • You will challenge the proposed Design to better fit the project constraints, if necessary.
  • You will ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within workload by coordinating the sub-system level execution.
  • You will coordinate the lower sub-systems engineering teams to ensure compatibility and integrability of the solution.
  • You will identify, monitor and report the technical risks and related action plans.
  • You will be reporting to the Project Manager (PM) or Solution Engineering Manager (SEM) in schedule, progress, risks and workload.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and formalizing the work package requirements and scope with the appropriate support needed from the technical team.
  • You will be responsible for the work package requirements integrity and consistency throughout the project execution.
  • You will manage the sub-contractor and procurement technical assessment.
  • You collaborate with the customer on the technical aspects of the project execution.
  • You collaborate with the IVVQM to ensure verification and integration of the solution.
  • You will be structuring and mastering the delivery process, coordinating the teams, keeping right balance between time, costs and quality.


What you must have:


  • Technical background for at least 5 years (as software developer or quality engineer)
  • At least a first experience of 2 years in a technical management position
  • Facilitation skills to handle workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and scope
  • Knowledge of configuration and change management tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Active contribution to communities (e.g. Project Management communities) and implement best practices
  • Experience in facing and mitigating risk, anticipating issues and creating opportunities.
