Business Analyst (SAP Team)
What you’ll have to do:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into written specifications, diagrams, and Excel documents;
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and expectations;
- Conduct research, analyse, and evaluate information technology system requirements, procedures, or problems to develop and implement proposals, recommendations, and plans for improving current or future information systems;
- Design, build, and deploy SAP solutions to enhance business processes;
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive process documentation, training materials, and official business communications;
- Manage SAP improvement projects and contribute to projects run by other teams. Document business requirements while leveraging the expertise of other participants;
- Ensure financial transactions are accurately and properly recorded;
- Support SAP R3 tools and processes within Financial Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling departments;
- Act as a consultant for Financial departments to offer insights and recommendations;
- Complete tasks and projects within the deadlines specified by the implementation of SAP R3 business plans or roadmaps;
- Be proactive in initiating business improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial processes;
- Create test plans and conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet user requirements;
- Provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals;
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in SAP systems.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis of financial processes;
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, or FICO modules;
- Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of project management principles;
- Hands-on experience with SAP R3 financial processes, focusing on Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling areas;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with experience presenting results both verbally and in writing;
- Proactive mindset with a constructive approach to problem-solving and a "Get Things Done" attitude;
- Self-motivated and capable of self-learning;
- Ability to translate complex business problems into quantitative analyses and produce valuable insights and documentation;
- Capable of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously;
- Team player, trustworthy, driven by excellence and common sense;
- Well-organized with excellent communication skills;
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget;
- Experience working within structured and agile project environments;
- University degree in computers, economics (e.g., accounting, finance) or equivalent;
- Provide regular status and progress reports for management.
- Experience with S4Hana financial processes, with hands-on focus on Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling areas.
