Role: Agile Project Manager

Location: Madrid, Málaga

Type: Hybrid

Duration: 3 month rolling contracts

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data. Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) is a must have.
• Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-be analysis, and data analysis.
• Ability to lead project team members and contribute to the overall delivery.
• Confident and practiced communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of delivering Operations’ technology solutions with the focus on process automation, KPI/KRI definitions, MI dashboards etc..
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build commitment to defined strategies and approaches.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of work and representing IT in senior management steering committees and workgroups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and engage with Stakeholders, development teams to analyze and deliver Control solution.
• Take a consulting approach to understand the business problems and propose the functional/technical solutions based on industry best practices.
• Identify, analyze, and plan user stories for the developers to implement.
• Implement IT Project governance, risk management, RAID logs along with consistent and accurate reporting.
• Act as point of contact for interactions with different teams.
• Responsible for consolidating requirements in the Backlog before scoping and scaling into the detailed planning process.
