About this opportunity:
Are you an ambitious and curious engineering student eager to explore the next generation of Ericsson’s document and content management ecosystem? We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
Our team is conducting a strategic study to define and prototype Ericsson’s future document management and publication platform. This initiative aims to create a modern, AI-empowered, and data-driven ecosystem that transforms how product information is created, managed, and distributed.
As an Intern Software Developer, you will work closely with the study lead and technical experts to evaluate, prototype, and validate different technologies and architectures that could shape the future of content management at Ericsson.
What you will do:
- Contribute to the study team exploring next-generation content management ecosystems.
- Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) for various software solutions and frameworks aligned with defined architectural principles.
- Evaluate and compare solutions based on performance, scalability, usability, and integration potential.
- Analyse cost, value, and technical impact of selected solutions across different deployment environments.
- Collaborate across functions to identify synergies and share findings with stakeholders.
- Generate innovative ideas and contribute to shaping the technical direction of the study.
- Support the study driver with data analysis, tool evaluation, and documentation of outcomes.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Go).
- Experience with software development and deployment (e.g., using Git, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines).
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, data analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and exploring emerging tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
