Job Title: Data Analyst

📍 Location: Malmö or Amsterdam (3 days onsite per week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our global online analytics team supporting digital experiences across web and app platforms. You’ll collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights that shape the future of our digital customer experience.

You’ll play a key role in improving existing dashboards, building new ones in Looker Studio, and ensuring stakeholders across digital and retail organizations have the insights they need to make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize existing dashboards covering web and app analytics.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify reporting needs and data gaps.
• Design and build intuitive, scalable dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Support funnel analysis for both web and app, identifying user drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with product teams to evaluate new features and provide actionable insights through experimentation and A/B testing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in SQL for analytics and data manipulation.
• Proven experience with Looker Studio dashboarding and visualization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on analytical mindset with experience working across digital, eCommerce, or app environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), Python (Notebooks), and A/B testing frameworks.
• Background in FMCG, retail, or eCommerce analytics.
