About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Resilience & Disaster Recovery Consultant to strengthen the organization’s cyber resilience and business continuity capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, test, and improve resilience strategies for modern, cloud-based environments.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong cybersecurity foundation and hands-on experience in disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain resilience and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
- Lead DR drills, tabletop exercises, and technical recovery tests.
- Assess system architectures to identify vulnerabilities and single points of failure.
- Monitor resilience controls, track recovery metrics, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Train and support teams on resilience best practices and response procedures.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or cyber resilience in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have: Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or Security+, and experience with automation or scripting tools.
