Job Title: Resilience & Disaster Recovery Consultant

📍 Location: Malmö, Sweden (Onsite 3 days per week)

🕒 Duration: 9+ Months + Possibilities of extensions

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Resilience & Disaster Recovery Consultant to strengthen the organization’s cyber resilience and business continuity capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, test, and improve resilience strategies for modern, cloud-based environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong cybersecurity foundation and hands-on experience in disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain resilience and disaster recovery (DR) plans.
• Lead DR drills, tabletop exercises, and technical recovery tests.
• Assess system architectures to identify vulnerabilities and single points of failure.
• Monitor resilience controls, track recovery metrics, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Train and support teams on resilience best practices and response procedures.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or cyber resilience in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have: Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or Security+, and experience with automation or scripting tools.
