Senior Golang/Python Engineer

For one of our clients, operating in the US real estate industry, we are looking for experienced Golang or Python engineers with strong product mindset. We are looking for Senior, Staff and Principal levels.

Their goal is to make buying and selling a home simple, certain and fast.We’re looking for a driven Software Engineer who has solid technical depth and hands-on experience with modern tools and practices. You’ll roll up your sleeves to design and code for infrastructure, applications, and processes - helping to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. We’re looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer
• 4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern programing languages (Go, Python, Ruby, Python, C/C++)
• 1+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems (including Kafka and ML pipelines)
• Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySql), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis)
• Solid understanding of app performance, monitoring, and optimization
• Experience with tooling and building pipelines on modern CI platforms is a plus
• Experience working with public cloud providers ( AWS / GCP) is a plus
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
• A self-starter mentality with an operational focus - a natural problem-solver
