Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following position;


Responsibilities


  • Define and execute the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead IT governance initiatives including policy creation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage enterprise IT budgets, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), servers, and storage.
  • Ensure uptime and performance of business-critical systems (ERP, HR, Call Center, communication, and collaboration tools).
  • Implement system redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce best practices (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).
  • Monitor and manage identity and access management, patching, and endpoint security.
  • Lead incident response planning, root cause analysis, and remediation.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional IT team; define roles, KPIs, and professional development plans.
  • Coordinate with business units to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
  • Serve as escalation point for high-priority incidents or system outages.
  • Build a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish service management frameworks (incident, problem, change, release management).
  • Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, producing regular operational reports and dashboards.
  • Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and on-prem data centers.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise IT environments.
  • Deep understanding of:

*Network architecture and security (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).

*Enterprise systems (Active Directory, Exchange, M365, Intune, etc.)

*Backup & DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).

*Server and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).

*Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

*Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins) is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate across technical and business domains.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and vendor contract management.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
