Job Summary - PM

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
  • Experience in SSC organizations (3+ years).
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling (3+ years).
  • Experience in Finance/HR related projects would be an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English C1

Job Summary - PMO

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their project management skills while contributing to meaningful initiatives. The PMO will assist in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
  • Monitor project progress and update status reports.
  • Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain & prepare various project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Support stakeholder communication and meeting coordination.
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Experience in SSC organizations (0-2 years).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • English B2
