Tatweer Middle East & Africa is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. If you are passionate about transforming business needs into smart, actionable solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to drive organizational growth — this role is for you!

🎓 Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or PMP are highly advantageous.

💻 Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and define project needs.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and key performance metrics.
• Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Develop process models, diagrams, and user stories using industry-standard techniques.
• Prioritize and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Track requirements and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to all relevant parties.
• Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and support the adoption of new technology solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

🛠️ Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modelling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, logical, and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong customer-service focus.
