Description

We’re hiring a Product Analyst to help us gather deeper insights on how our product performs and where to improve it. This person will use data to identify issues, measure results, and provide data-backed evidence that guides product and operational decisions. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Growth and Finance to make sure decisions are based on facts, not guesses.


Responsibilities

Product & Strategy

  • Identify customer pain points, product and operational problems worth solving through data.
  • Define, measure and track key success metrics for new features and initiatives.
  • Support roadmap planning with quantitative and qualitative analysis and clear recommendations.
  • Track user feedback and behavior to spot recurring pain points or drop-offs.
  • Evaluate the performance of product funnels, growth and marketing campaigns on conversion, retention, and unit economics.


Data & Insights

  • Investigate data to find root causes of performance shifts or anomalies.
  • Validate and clean data sources to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for key product and business metrics.
  • Monitor adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion trends.
  • Analyze customer segments to understand usage patterns, retention drivers, and churn risks.
  • Identify emerging customer needs or behavioral shifts through data and feedback trends.
  • Track segment-level performance (e.g., by geography, cohort, or channel) to guide product, operations and marketing focus.
  • Quantify the impact of new features or campaigns on key customer groups.
  • Run and analyze experiments (A/B tests, rollouts, feature launches) to measure impact.


Cross-Functional Execution

  • Translate findings into clear next steps for Product, Operations, and Growth teams.
  • Communicate results in simple, decision-ready formats (dashboards, decks, reports).
  • Analyze and flag risks, emerging trends, or efficiency gaps early.


Requirements

  • 4+ years in product analytics, strategy, or insights (preferably in marketplaces or in mobility space).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, others).
  • Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics (supply-demand balance, utilization, retention, CAC/LTV).
  • Able to connect data patterns to real product or operational implications.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and translating data into actions.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumer apps and UX insights to enhance product performance and optimize user journeys for better engagement and retention.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Python experience for advanced analytics or automation.
  • Background in mobility, logistics, or other marketplace businesses.
