We’re partnering with one of the UAE’s most exciting tech companies to hire a Senior Java Backend Developer as part of a major platform transformation.

You’ll play a hands-on role in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and enabling seamless integrations across products and partners, contributing directly to a platform used by millions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (8+), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Contribute to building a scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant Open Platform
• Work closely with product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust solutions at scale
• Participate in code reviews, suggest architectural improvements, and ensure clean, maintainable code

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience building microservices and API-driven systems
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven design, and both relational & NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with DevOps, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
