Responsibilities
1. Market Insight & Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Middle East's architecture, engineering and construction industry, including market trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic input for the product roadmap and define a winning regional product strategy.
2. Product Validation & Localization: Validate product-market fit and drive a localization strategy focused on continuous refinement and integration of local industry standards and specifications.
3. Go-to-market Execution: Develop and implement the GTM strategy for products launched in the region. Partner closely with the sales team to achieve business growth.
4. Marketing Content Localization: Own the localization of all product-related marketing materials, ensuring they are culturally relevant and effectively resonate with the local market.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or with a leading AEC software provider; must possess a profound understanding of architectural design and construction workflows.
3. Demonstrable, hands-on work experience in the Middle East, with a strong familiarity with the region's business culture and industry practices.
4. Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, with proven capabilities in delivering professional presentations and authoring high-quality documentation.
