We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Cloud Platforms) to lead go-to-market for Core42’s Sovereign Cloud platform and Cloud Delivery Services - spanning private and sovereign public cloud and Cloud & AI services. You’ll translate Core42’s differentiation, data sovereignty, security, compliance, performance, and hybrid flexibility, into adoption, pipeline, and revenue across key verticals (Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Energy) in UAE and beyond. This role partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, Growth, and Brand/Comms, ensuring the Sovereign Cloud portfolio is positioned as the trusted foundation for secure digital transformation.

This role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and works closely with product leadership.

Your Key Responsbilities

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor and analyze the sovereign cloud market, including regional players, hyperscaler offerings, and sovereign cloud trends.
  • Identify competitive differentiators in data residency, compliance frameworks, and hybrid interoperability etc.
  • Provide strategic insights to influence roadmap, pricing, and GTM planning.

Target Audience Definition

  • Define and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
  • Map pain points across public sector and regulated industries to messaging pillars.

Positioning & Narrative

  • Craft a differentiated story around sovereignty, security, and scalability, connecting technical depth with business outcomes
  • Define messaging that resonates across technical, procurement, and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to align messaging across customer touchpoints.

GTM & Launches

  • Work with partners to define GTM strategy for Sovereign Public Cloud
  • Own and execute GTM strategy for Sovereign Cloud and delivery service offerings

Sales Plays & Enablement

  • Develop sales decks, brochures, objection handling guides, and battlecards and deliver ongoing enablement in partnership with Sales, Partners, and Engineering.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Work closely with Brand, Growth/Ops, and Product teams to plan and run digital acquisition campaigns (paid search/social/display, content syndication, webinars/events offer adhering to monthly CAC/ROI targets.)

Content & Proof

  • Produce solution briefs, whitepapers, web landing pages, reference architectures, blogs, and demo videos with PM
  • Support customer success stories, validation programs, and third-party benchmarks to reinforce credibility.

Regionalization & ABM

  • Create a GTM playbook for sovereign cloud platforms and support ABM programs targeting key accounts in public sector and regulated industries with targeted content creation.

Ecosystem & Events

  • Shape narratives and proof for GITEX, IDC, GISEC etc. and vertical forums; co-market with partners; secure joint validations, benchmarks, and references.

Measurement

  • Create dashboards to track penetration, acquisition, adoption, and influence; instrument content and play utilization; report insights that improve pipeline and win rate

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Product to align strategy and execution; support portfolio changes.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 7-10+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least 3+ years in Cloud Infrastructure (private/public/hybrid).
  • Technical Fluency: Proven track record of launching and scaling Cloud Platforms successfully across multiple regions - from insight to launch to postmortem. Deep understanding of sovereign clouds, data residency, compliance, and security frameworks.
  • Communication: Strong portfolio of content creation and messaging; executive-caliber writing/presenting for technical and business audiences. You think in narratives, not just features and you’ve built or refined a messaging system, not just written landing pages.
  • Tools: Proficient with analytics/visualization and reporting (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and common sales/marketing stacks.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize ruthlessly in fast-paced environments
