We are seeking a motivated and curious AI Solutions Specialist to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for someone passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to explore how AI can be applied to solve real-world business challenges. You will work closely with our digital and IT teams to create, test, and refine AI-driven solutions developed in-house.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications.
  • Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of AI models and tools.
  • Support the development of internal AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI, or other relevant technologies.
  • Document solution workflows, testing results, and improvement suggestions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new AI use cases.
  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting for deployed AI tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and tools - LLM APIs: hands‑on with OpenAI. Awareness of Claude and Gemini and how to switch models.
  • Familiarity with Python, comfortable choosing low‑code vs. code for the task.
  • Knowledge of how to build low code flows in a node based workflow tool (N8N etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English.
