Job Title: Metaverse Content Producer (1 Position)
About the Job

We are looking for a creative and technically fluent Metaverse Content Producer to design, produce, and launch immersive experiences across virtual platforms. You will own the end-to-end production of metaverse projects — from concept and asset pipeline to deployment and live event execution — collaborating with designers, 3D artists, engineers, and marketing to deliver high-impact virtual experiences that engage communities and support business goals.


Responsibilities
  • Experience Design: Lead conceptualisation and storyboarding for immersive experiences (virtual galleries, branded spaces, live events, interactive installations).
  • Production Management: Plan and manage the production timeline, asset pipeline, budgets, QA, and cross-team deliverables to meet launch milestones.
  • 3D Asset & Scene Assembly: Coordinate creation, optimization and integration of 3D assets, environments and animations for Unity/Unreal and web-based engines.
  • Platform Deployment: Publish and maintain experiences on metaverse platforms and WebXR/Three.js environments (e.g., Decentraland, Spatial, VRChat, Roblox, custom WebXR).
  • Technical Integration: Work with engineers to integrate wallets, NFTs, token gating, live data feeds, and third-party APIs; ensure performant delivery on target devices.
  • Event & Community Ops: Plan and run virtual events (drops, openings, panels), coordinate live moderation, and collaborate with community and marketing teams to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: Define test cases, run playtests across device types (desktop, mobile, VR), debug UX issues, and ensure accessibility and stability.
  • Analytics & Iteration: Track engagement metrics, user feedback, and technical performance; iterate on content and features based on data.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear production docs, launch checklists, and handoff materials for engineering and ops teams.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–5 years in immersive content production, game/interactive production, XR development, or related creative-technical roles.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine; experience with WebXR, Three.js, or A-Frame is a plus. Basic scripting (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript) for integrations.
  • 3D Pipeline Knowledge: Comfortable working with 3D asset workflows (Blender, Maya, 3D optimization, texture tools, glTF/FBX pipelines).
  • Platform Knowledge: Prior work deploying experiences to metaverse platforms (Decentraland, Spatial, VRChat, Roblox) or building custom WebXR experiences.
  • Event Production: Demonstrated experience planning and executing virtual/live events or interactive launches.
  • Product & UX Sense: Strong user-centred design instincts for spatial UX, onboarding, and interaction flows in immersive contexts.
  • Project Management: Excellent organisational skills; experience managing timelines, multiple stakeholders, and production budgets.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; ability to translate creative vision into technical requirements and briefs for teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving space with ambiguous requirements and rapid iteration.
  • Portfolio: Link to relevant projects, demos, or portfolio showing metaverse/VR/AR/interactive work required.
