Job Summary
The Project Sales Manager will lead sales operations and product knowledge development across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by implementing strategic sales and marketing plans and managing key accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, a proven history in sales leadership, and the ability to identify market opportunities, forecast budgets, and initiate corrective actions where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain and grow relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, understanding client needs, and identifying new opportunities.
- Lead and manage turnkey sales projects from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, capture new business, and grow market share in alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and annual budgets; monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Represent the company in meetings with geography dealers and third parties to strengthen partnerships and promote business interests.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience, ideally in medical devices sales.
- A background in life sciences, medical, or business education is preferred.
- A solid understanding of the ME/ GCC market is essential.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, French preferred.
- Consistent track record in relationship-building, business development, and influencing key decision-makers.
- A self-motivated, great teammate with high emotional intelligence and a positive, can-do attitude.
Skilled in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
