Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Start: As Soon As Possible
- Pay Rate: C$60 - 70/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime: Occasional
- Extension Possible: Yes
- Conversion Possible: Yes
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights and design solutions.
- Design and test interactive prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
- Develop high-fidelity visuals and animations that align with brand and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure usability and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions around UX strategy.
- Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
- Maintain organized design systems and documentation in Figma, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 5-7 years of design experience in UX, visual, or product design.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences.
- Experience working with business banking or financial services (preferred).
- Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
