Full Stack Engineer

We’re now looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and help enhance the performance and scalability of our AI-powered search systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver world-class digital solutions.

Work Mode: Hybrid — 4 days onsite (Mon–Thu) and 1 day remote (Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications across the full stack.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontends using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs (RESTful), ensuring performance, security, and documentation.
• Manage data models and integrations with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to define and deliver impactful features.
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code to ensure long-term maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Implement automation and testing strategies to ensure application reliability and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Python (for scripting, automation, or data workflows) and tools like Airflow.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with backend development, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and RESTful API architecture.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java and Spring framework.
• Familiarity with building UI component libraries.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deep knowledge of HTTP, REST API standards, and web performance optimization.
