Responsibilities

Specific duties will include:

  • Being a thought-partner in the creation of leadership development strategies for key customers
  • Fostering and owning key relationships with Global Talent Leaders
  • Partnering with internal account executives and operating partners to develop proactive strategies to drive account growth
  • Building and growing relationships with strategic customer stakeholders
  • Writing customized proposals and developing customer-ready presentations
  • Collecting and analyzing themes-data based on active engagements with specific customers
  • Maintaining up-to-date data and reports on account activity within assigned customers



Qualifications:

· Relevant work experience in HR or Executive Leadership Consulting

· Significant experience in Executive Development

· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Great project management skills

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

· Ability to work collaboratively and independently


Reports To: Chief Experience Officer


Location: Washington DC, West Coast, New York or Atlanta
