Trident Consulting is seeking a "GoLang Developer" for one of our client in Austin, TX (5x a week on-site. A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: GoLang Developer

Duration: 6-12+ month+ extension/conversion

Location: Austin, TX (5x a week on-site)

Contract

Rate: $70 - 80/hr

Project Description

• Develop server-side and front-end software for manufacturing systems, superchargers, and energy storage
• Build highly scalable, world-class software systems
• Participate in design reviews and provide/accept meaningful feedback on technical designs and pull requests

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and contribute to technical specifications
• Design, develop, and integrate complex software applications into enterprise systems
• Develop enterprise-scale software for current and future production lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

Must-Have Skills

• Programming Languages: Golang, object-oriented programming experience
• Front-End: TypeScript-Nice to have
• Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, or similar
• Architecture: Distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, scalable software design
• Other Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to give and accept technical feedback
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Golang, databases, and front-end frameworks is required

Ability to shift gears quickly and adapt to project priorities
