Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a Mobile App Developer. Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobile team (currently a mix of FTEs and 4-5 flex developers)
- Define best practices, architecture, and design standards
- Potentially interface with clients, so strong communication and soft skills are key
- Be a technical lead, not necessarily a people manager
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring app visions to life
- Partner with software leads to align mobile with broader tech strategy
- Work across disciplines to build end-to-end solutions
- iOS and Android experience - both are important, but iOS is a must-have
- Deep knowledge of the app publishing process for both Android and iOS
- Ability to navigate the go-live process confidently
- Ability to integrate mobile apps with secure APIs
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Kotlin Multiplatform
- Native Kotlin (Android)
- Native Swift (iOS)
- Device security
- On-device storage and databases
- Experience with mobile identity or mobile wallets is a huge plus
- Familiarity with .NET development is a plus (our current devs are mobile-only)
