- Support the planning and design of enterprise security architecture and business continuity plans under the direction of the IT Director
- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of enterprise security documents, including policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry and recommend enhancements to existing security solutions
- Monitor and review logs of in-place security solutions, interpreting activity and planning appropriate resolutions
- Provide on-call support for end users regarding all in-place security solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Four (4) to ten (10) years of IT Security experience in mid to large-cap markets (1 billion USD or larger)
- Specialized skills in IT security, tools, and frameworks
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in security and a background in networking and TCP/IP
- High degree of concentration, attention to detail, and self-motivation
