  1. Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
  2. Must have PM/PO certification but does not have to have played the role of PM/PO before (needs to know role of PM/PO but does not need deep expertise)
  3. Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
  4. looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
  5. Focus will be on:
  6. Intake Process – rolling it out across TTS
  7. Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs)
  8. OKR coaching – helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
