Senior Full-Stack Developer - Fully remote - Senior system-level engineer

About you:

• 5+ years of battle-tested full-stack development experience
• Productivity junkie (80+ wpm typing speed, Vim Motions, etc.)
• You can’t imagine yourself technically stagnating - learning new technologies isn't a task, it's your lifestyle
• You read and watch coding stuff for fun

Technical excellence we're looking for:

• Mastery of statically typed languages across the stack:
• Frontend: TypeScript with deep React.js expertise
• Backend: Go, Rust, Java, C++, C#
• Special focus: 3+ years of Go experience in production environments
• Advanced command of Redux and modern frontend architectures (state management, performance optimization, scalable component design)
• Expert-level understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems
• Strong computer science fundamentals with practical application in large-scale systems

Core requirements:

• University degree
• Excellent English communication skills - you can explain complex architectural decisions to both CTOs and junior developers
• References from previous jobs
