We are seeking a Technical Lead to take over the leadership and technical direction of our AdTech solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on engineering, and system architecture in a high-performance.

You’ll oversee a team of 5+ developers and DevOps engineers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure the stability, scalability, and evolution of our platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the technical roadmap for the Adtech experience, and internal services.
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team (backend, DevOps, analytics).
• Plan releases, infrastructure scaling, and technology adoption across services.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to translate goals into technical execution.
• Design and maintain high-load distributed systems built with Go, Node.js, and Redis/ClickHouse.
• Oversee OpenRTB-based integrations.
• Review and design microservice APIs, SDK logic, and event pipelines.
• Ensure fault tolerance, performance optimization, and cost efficiency of production systems.
• Contribute hands-on to development (especially in Golang / Node.js) for critical services.
• Supervise Ubuntu servers (bare-metal + AWS) running multiple environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, PM2, and systemd.
• Maintain ClickHouse analytics, Redis caching, and Prometheus/Grafana monitoring.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of subdomains
• Optimize Nginx / network performance

• Architecture: Microservices, RTB pipelines, real-time analytics, REST/gRPC APIs
• AdTech Context: OpenRTB, Prebid, DSP/SSP endpoints, fraud detection, analytics pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in technical leadership / CTO roles.
• Proven experience with Golang and Node.js at scale.
• Solid understanding of AdTech ecosystem (OpenRTB, DSP, SSP, auction flow).
• Strong expertise in system architecture, performance tuning, and data processing.
• Experience managing teams (4–8 people) and leading code reviews, sprints, and technical planning.
• Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, Redis, and high-volume ETL or RTB pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Prebid Server / SDK, MMPs (AppsFlyer, etc.).
• Understanding of Kafka and stream processing for analytics ingestion.
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (future migration path).
