- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally in a product company).
- Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+) — some of our processes and candidates are English-speaking.
- You know how to build transparent and warm relationships with candidates.
- You value speed — but never at the cost of quality.
- You’ve got that perfect balance of analytical mindset and empathy — the same one we all admire at Precoro.
- Full recruitment cycle — from shaping the role profile to delivering a successful offer.
- Close collaboration with hiring managers: defining expectations, conducting market research, and communicating candidate progress.
- Contributing to sourcing strategy and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Analytics and reporting: tracking results and metrics to help us make smarter hiring decisions.
