Media Buyer Blockchain

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Crypto Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team full-time.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-budget crypto campaigns, deep knowledge of Google Ads (Display) and Native platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and MGID, and hands-on experience with advanced cloaking strategies.

You will be responsible for driving crypto user acquisition, lead generation, and ROI optimization across Tier-1 and Tier-2 geos.

This is a senior role — only candidates with proven success in the crypto vertical will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize crypto-focused campaigns across Google Ads (Display) and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID).
• Apply and manage cloaking and compliance techniques to maximize campaign lifetime and reduce bans.
• Scale crypto-related offers
• Analyze performance data daily to improve CTR, CR, ROI, and CPA metrics.
• Manage large budgets effectively, ensuring profitable scaling and optimal spend allocation.
• Work closely with the creative team to test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels specifically for crypto audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience running Crypto campaigns with Google Ads (Display) and Taboola (required).
• Deep understanding of Native ad platforms (Outbrain, MGID) and cloaking methods.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for fast optimizations.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of scaling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Compensation

Competitive base salary.

Performance-based bonuses — top performers can earn up to $10,000/month in bonuses.
