The product is a borderless, crypto-native neobank that combines banking, a crypto wallet, a crypto card, and a secure messenger in one seamless, user-friendly ecosystem. Designed for Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha, the platform empowers users to bank, transact, earn, and connect effortlessly in a self-sovereign and regulation-compliant digital environment.
In this role, you will translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications, driving the evolution of payment, wallet, and compliance features. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — leveraging AI tools to enhance discovery, automate documentation, and deliver data-driven insights that shape the future of the platform.
Requirements
We are looking for a Business Analyst who:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, banking, or payments domains.
- Strong understanding of KYC/KYB, payment processing, wallet management, AML, and regulatory frameworks (PSD2, MiCA, GDPR, etc.).
- Proven experience in API analysis, data modeling, and process design (UML/BPMN).
- Skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, Miro AI) to enhance research, writing, and process analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience working in agile teams using Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.
- Experience with pre-sales and discovery, or starting a project from scratch.
- Optional: Experience with crypto wallets, digital asset custody, or blockchain-based payment systems
As a Business Analyst you will:
- Lead discovery and analysis for new FinTech product initiative.
- Define business processes, use cases, and functional requirements for features across payments, wallets, and compliance domains.
- Maintain the product roadmap, making adjustments as needed based on feedback and market conditions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams (UML/BPMN).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Tech Leads to ensure technical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and provide clarity and detail necessary for the team to understand the product backlog items.
- Analyze third-party integrations (e.g., KYC providers, payment gateways, custody platforms).
- Leverage AI tools to generate drafts, summarize research, and automate repetitive analysis or documentation tasks.
- Support UAT, participate in backlog refinement, and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices.
- Promote the use of AI-powered workflows across the product team.
