Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can successfully lead multiple complex projects in parallel. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem solver, and an organizer who brings structure to ambiguity. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver impactful digital and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects - from initiation and planning to release and post-delivery support
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery
• Coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones and contexts, switching smoothly between different client projects and priorities
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plans, status reports, and change requests
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery cadence in Agile or hybrid environments
• Support pre-sales and discovery activities by defining scope, estimating effort, and preparing proposals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT or software delivery projects in the IT services or consulting environment
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream, or cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and switch contexts efficiently
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud-based architectures
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Available for business trips outside of Ukraine.

• PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / SAFe certification
• Experience managing projects in cloud, platform modernization domains
• Background in pre-sales support, contract/SOW management, or finance.
