About The Team
We are building a Unified Customer Platform (UCP) that consolidates customer data across multiple channels and touch-points. The platform processes billions of interactions, stitches customer identities into unified profiles, and enables real-time personalisation, smarter segmentation, and AI-driven engagement.
As an engineer on this team, you’ll work on distributed systems, large-scale data pipelines, and APIs that power customer intelligence and campaign activation. You’ll get to solve hard engineering problems at scale while collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers.

About The Team
We are building a Unified Customer Platform (UCP) that consolidates customer data across multiple channels and touch-points. As an engineer on this team, you’ll work on distributed systems, large-scale data pipelines, and APIs that power customer intelligence and campaign activation. You’ll get to solve hard engineering problems at scale while collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers.
What Will You Do
- Design & Build Core Platform Services
- Contribute to and own modules for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, campaign management, and customer activation.
- Work with Large-Scale Data Systems
- Build real-time and batch data pipelines using technologies like Kafka, Databricks, or ClickHouse to process and serve insights.
- Develop Scalable APIs
- Build and optimise secure, high-throughput REST APIs for customer data access and activation workflows.
- Ensure Reliability & Performance
- Design systems that are fault-tolerant, low-latency, and highly available at petabyte scale.
- Collaborate & Deliver
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Strong CS Fundamentals: Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems concepts.
- Programming Skills: Hands-on coding ability in Python.
- Data Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and exposure to big data or streaming platforms.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset to tackle challenges in scalability, reliability, and performance.
