What We’re Looking For:

You’ll have roughly 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack or web development and feel confident working on scoped projects and collaborating across teams. You don’t need to know everything — we’ll support your growth — but you should bring:

  • Solid knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Working experience with backend technologies (e.g. PHP or similar server-side language).
  • Experience using CMS platforms and templating systems in a live website environment.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Basic experience with API integrations (REST and/or GraphQL).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently while keeping others informed.
  • A strong eye for quality, with attention to testing and debugging before deployment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with templating engines (e.g., Twig, Blade) or CMS/e-commerce platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Adobe Commerce.
  • Exposure to frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Next.js.
  • Awareness of headless CMS concepts and how content is delivered via APIs.
  • Understanding of hosting environments and basic security practices (e.g., SSL, WAF, caching).
  • Interest in accessibility, SEO, or site performance optimisation.
  • Confidence working from design tools such as Figma.

Education and Qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths – Grade C or above.

Videndum Mindset:

Our commitment is founded on a set of core values that form the Videndum Mindset:
