AssetOS streamlines the screening and due diligence process for real estate transactions for transaction managers, portfolio managers, asset managers, and involved third parties. AssetOS automates the gathering and structuring of real estate data, verifies completeness, and enables seamless collaboration with all stakeholders, eliminating manual data entry and extensive email communications. This allows you to focus on strategic decisions while AssetOS handles the tedious, manual work.

💻 Tech Stack

We’re looking for an (experienced) Fullstack Engineer to join us.

We value hands on attitude and high-problem solving skills more than anything.

• NextJS w Typescript, for both frontend and backend
• Postgres & Drizzle
• Cloud infrastructure on AWS (using https://sst.dev/)
• Vercel AI SDK

💥 Why it’s exciting to join

• We’re still in the early-stage, incorporated roughly a year ago (October 2024).
• We have a first handful of customers, so you’ll contribute to & shape the core architecture.
• Solve challenging problems (unusual business restrictions, compliance & a high degree of complexity).

🤹 Your profile

• Ability to own projects end-to-end.
• 3+ years of experience with JS-based backends & Typescript & React.
• Strong experience with API architecture, complex data models & data accessing.
• Strong proficiency in software testing strategies, security & architecture best practices.
• Database first way of thinking: Data integrity while maintaining flexibility wrt to data models is key.
• [Bonus]: Experience with LLMs and ML pipelines (we’re building several AI features for our customers).
