We’re building the future of construction SaaS at Neo Intelligence — and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants to build great products and embrace the future of software development with AI.

As part of a small, high-impact engineering team, you’ll shape the architecture, reliability, and evolution of our platform as we scale. You won’t just ship code — you’ll influence the product, contribute to strategy, and build things people use every day.

We’re particularly excited to meet candidates who are:

  • Actively using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor
  • Curious about how AI can boost productivity and code quality
  • Have delivered at least one AI-powered feature end-to-end


🛠️ What You’ll Do
  • Design, build, and deliver scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and UX to build intuitive, impactful features.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Experiment with emerging AI technologies and help shape how we work with them.
  • Take ownership from concept to delivery, supporting production along the way.
  • Mentor, share knowledge, and help level up the team.

🧰 What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer (SaaS experience a plus).
  • Strong technical skills in .NET and modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
  • Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and CI/CD know-how.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM-based services (prompting, API integration, or similar).
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • A mindset of ownership, simplicity, and continuous improvement.

Hybrid role based in Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home.
