We are looking for someone with 1 - 2 years experience to join our product team.

You will be working across building the product vision - through to design - through to managing the development team and moving the product to production.

This unique role is defined by three separate but intertwined roles in one:

Junior Product Manager, Product Designer (UX/UI).

Day to day you will be collaborating with the product manager and CPO on product strategy and owning road mapping, feature prioritisation, go-to-market release, customer adoption, and ongoing performance of a product.

In the design side of the role, you will also be responsible for the functional expression of the product vision — design decisions that impact the experience of using a product. Using tools like Figma to produce high-fidelity mockups and designing detailed product specifications for development, then continuing to manage the development and testing (through Jira) and going live in market.

With support, you will be working to:

  • Define and lead the Customer Journey product vision, strategy and roadmap to create sustainable value and impact for hundreds of thousands of users.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and rollout.
  • Drive user-centered design and leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, and continuously improve on the product.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and roadmaps effectively across the organisation, including with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and removing roadblocks to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1+ years in a digital product management role with experience running a product roadmap end to end.
  • 1 + years in digital product design (UX/UI)
  • Experience managing remote technical teams with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, best practices and tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Experience in web-based applications.
