We're an early-stage ad tech startup with big ideas and bigger ambitions. Just over 20 of us across engineering, design, sales, and customer success—scrappy, curious, and dead keen to solve real problems. You won't be just another face in the crowd here. You'll own stuff from day one and work across teams because that's how good things get built.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work alongside a Principal Product Designer and report to the Head of Product. You’ll contribute to the product design direction and experience strategy across multiple areas of the Cuttable platform — partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Ad Design to craft intuitive, elegant, and high-impact user experiences that deliver business outcomes and delight customers.
Owns:
- End-to-end product design and outcomes across multiple key product areas — from discovery to delivery, ensuring experiences that move the needle on business and customer outcomes.
Drives:
- A data-informed approach to design — interpreting product analytics, experiment results, and user insights to validate hypotheses, guide iteration, and measure impact.
- User research as well synthesis, to guide product decisions. Brings user and design perspectives to the table early to shape the product roadmap. Apply user feedback to inform design rationale and drive business outcomes.
- The evolution and implementation of the design system. Maintains and advances components, patterns, and visual standards that scale across the platform. Ensures the system stays current, well-documented, and easy for others to adopt and extend.
- Identifying product opportunities, surfacing unmet user needs, and working through ambiguity by shaping the problem space before it’s fully defined.
- Product design quality across multiple initiatives — setting benchmarks, guiding flows, and delivering polished UI and UX experience.
- Sharing work early and often, moving fast to prototype ideas quickly, learn from feedback, and iterate toward impact.
- The continual improvement in the product team’s ways of working. Initiates conversations, designs structures, and establishes rituals that foster effective collaboration and scale with team growth. Builds a consistent cadence for sharing design feedback and driving it through to delivery.
- A culture of critique, learning, and continuous improvement. In the future, will mentor designers as the team grows.
- Partnering with the wider product team to collaborate on documentation, discovery, validation, and delivery to ensure speed and quality.
Supports:
- Accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- GTM teams to ensure product releases are clear, consistent, and on-brand
- 5+ years experience in product design, ideally in SaaS or design-led environments
- Proven track record of designing and shipping complex products end-to-end
- Deep expertise in interaction design, visual design, UX best practices, and systems thinking
- Skilled in Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools.
- Experience contributing to Design System

- Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to influence and inspire across teams
