Marketing Science Partner
Location: Sydney Hybrid office 3 days a week, 2 days from home
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
A leading global technology company that builds innovative platforms to help people connect, share, and grow their businesses is seeking a Marketing Science Partner to join its team in Australia & New Zealand. This full-time contract role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing and eager to help clients unlock business growth through better measurement.
As a Marketing Science Partner, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across industries like Automotive, E-commerce, Entertainment, CPG, Financial Services, and Tech. You’ll use industry-leading data science tools to design and execute research that drives meaningful advertising outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and operationalize “learning agendas” to help clients improve business outcomes
- Partner with Sales to manage a scaled set of accounts and prioritize client servicing
- Support client engagement with third-party vendors for measurement studies
- Drive adoption of preferred measurement methodologies and best practices
- Design and run tests (e.g., conversion lift, brand lift, attribution) using proprietary and third-party tools
- Communicate complex research findings to non-technical audiences
- Consult on measurement design, feasibility, and insights interpretation
- Lead internal and external workshops to promote measurement solutions and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics)
- Proven experience in independently scoping and executing research projects
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with large datasets
- Experience presenting to senior clients and influencing industry-level decisions
- Client-facing experience and ability to drive adoption of new products or methods
- Knowledge of digital advertising measurement tools and technologies
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, SAS) and data extraction tools (Hive, SQL)
- Experience with experimental design, survey sampling, and panel data
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or quantitative field)
- Experience in digital advertising for both brand and direct response outcomes
