Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project and program-level plans with non-PM collaborators
• Assist in general PMO activities to ensure accurate and timely status reporting
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Support cost control and actuals tracking based on budget management needs
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders
• Ensure projects remain up to date and aligned with goals
• Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions
• Report project status to senior management and clients
• Monitor project progress and escalate concerns as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes

Requirements

• Experience in project management with 2+ years in management roles
• Knowledge of budget and cost management principles
• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Experience with risk management and reporting practices
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar project management tools
• English language proficiency at the B2+ level
