Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from start to finish using Waterfall methodology
• Supervise all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Life Cycle from beginning to end
• Create and update project schedules, plans, and budgets
• Coordinate teams across functions to guarantee timely completion of tasks
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and apply mitigation plans
• Report project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure adherence to company standards and project management best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects for over 5 years
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall project methodology
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and PMLC frameworks
• Excellent organizational capabilities
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above

Nice to have

• Certifications in Project Management such as PMP or Prince2
