Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from start to finish using Waterfall methodology
- Supervise all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Life Cycle from beginning to end
- Create and update project schedules, plans, and budgets
- Coordinate teams across functions to guarantee timely completion of tasks
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and apply mitigation plans
- Report project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project management best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects for over 5 years
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall project methodology
- Comprehensive understanding of SDLC and PMLC frameworks
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
Nice to have
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP or Prince2
