Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project and program initiatives, focusing on plan oversight, risk assessment, and status communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and revise project and program plans in collaboration with non-PM staff
• Support PMO functions to guarantee timely and accurate status updates
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
• Assist in cost monitoring and budget tracking activities
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are current and aligned with strategic goals
• Manage change management workflows to reduce operational disruptions
• Provide project status reports to senior leadership and clients
• Observe project progress and raise alerts when necessary
• Work jointly with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management with over 3 years in leadership roles
• Knowledge of budget planning and cost control principles
• Understanding of change management techniques
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in risk management and project reporting
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable project management applications
• English proficiency at the B2+ level

Nice to have

• Previous experience in supporting PMO activities
• Familiarity with cost monitoring and budget oversight
