Azizi Developments is a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Head of Design Studio to lead and manage our diverse design teams, including architecture, interior design, branding, and UX/UI design.

Position Overview:

The Head of Design Studio will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of designers, ensuring creative excellence, and aligning design projects with Azizi's business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic approach to design, and a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and UX/UI specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient project execution.
• Creative Direction: Set the creative vision for design projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with Azizi’s brand and strategic goals.
• Project Oversight: Manage design processes, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that design solutions meet client needs and expectations.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the studio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 15 years of experience in design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Strong portfolio across architecture, interior design, and branding.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, high-quality design projects.
• Expertise in design software (e.g. Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
