As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will shape the future of our digital products across all brands. You combine design expertise with strategic thinking and a strong sense for innovation. Your responsibilities include competitor analysis, identifying UX opportunities, and implementing modern, market-aligned interfaces using Figma. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure our products remain state-of-the-art.
Your area of responsibility
- Lead UX/UI strategy and execution across multiple brands and digital products
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor digital trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Develop new UX concepts and innovative features to strengthen our market position
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems and component-based workflows
- Collaborate closely with product management, development, and stakeholders
- Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally in a multi-brand environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma (including components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Experience in competitor analysis and deriving UX/UI strategies
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in digital product development
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and aesthetic designs
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English

- MERKUR BETS offers a gross salary starting at € 3.400.-- per month (40 hrs/week) for this position, which exceeds the collective bargaining agreement, with corresponding additional payment offered in accordance with specific qualifications and experience.
